We really like these lights and the app to control them. Installing them is easy, they come with extra sticky pads if one messes up taking the cover off. I bought more screw clips which I highly recommend so you can install more than required.

Installation is very straightforward (at least for me because I don't have a multi-story house) and everything worked as I had hoped. The app is not as intuitive as it could be but it does allow you to create nice effects easily. I particularly like the "shared" effects that other Govee users have created.
I have the original version so be aware that if you want a "pure" white, you will want to get the upgraded models.
