Don't know how to go about this one . I had to get 2 sets of lights for the 1st and 2nd floor of my home . One set of lights were perfect . The 2nd set nothing but problems. Took a week of going back and forth with the help desk to figure it out they sent me the new part asap so let's see who it goes

I love these lights, very easy to install,(depending on the size of your house). My house was a a breeze 2hr at most. Definitely recommend getting these.

Permanent Outdoor Lighting

Using them for mainly security lighting over windows and doors. They are working great. Govee needs to make some 8 foot sections available and some 8 foot jump and 12 foot jump cables available for customers

Like the Lights, Waiting for Replacement

I got all the lights installed and the process was simple. Lights all worked out of the box but once I got them all stuck to the soffit the last three went on the fritz. Sent in a Rapid Replacement warranty claim via app and email (to see which would be faster) and each response has taken 2 days (not bad imo). Sent over a video of the problem and I'm hoping to get these things LIT soon! They look amazing on the house, just wish all of them worked!

Incredible lights!

Me and my 10 year old grand son installed these lights around the enture house. Easy as pie! The lights are awesome. The options for different settings and colors are just over incredible. Easy to use, when my wide lets me turn them on!?!?. I only wish they were a little bit brighter. That not to say they are to dim. Over all i loce them. Best money i spent on exterior light by far!
