Great light, but finicky setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very bright and seems durable. Installation is easy as well. The problem I had with it was trying to set up the smart features. I tried to connect through the Cync app, but the device wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi so the setup process would fail. If you want to set it up through Google home, you need a Google assistant device to control it (which I don't). If you're looking for a device with easy to use smart features, this might not be it. If you're looking for a device that's durable and easily to install and use manually, then this is a great option.

Design needs much improvement

Terrible design on the plugging and connecting bars. Wish I could just return, but I have holes from them and need some light under the cabinets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adjustable colors and brightness

It has adjustable colors and brightness via a button on the light fixture or you can use the app. The app is simple to use and works flawlessly. The mounting instructions could be a little better but not too bad overall. This is a nice, elegant, smart undercabinet light. It illuminates my kitchen beautifully. Highly recommended!

Finally got it working!!! Yay!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying it get this set up... I can not get the plastic tab off the "power out" so I can't plug it in. I don't know if something is wrong with it or it just me. I don't want to tear it up but IT WON'T COME OFF!!! I'm so frustrated 🥴 I was really looking forward to playing around with this thing too! The concept is cool but I can't plug it in! I don't know what to do. Will update when I make progress.
Update: Finally got the cap off! Had to get someone to pry it off with a screw driver. So got it working. Light is bright (Tip, try not to turn it on looking at it, lol!) and it is a reveal bulb which is great! First time I scanned the code it gave me a Google home app, not sure why. But I do not have a smart device to link it to and that's what that app kept saying I needed. Eventually I found the Cynic App and that is what you use to control it from your phone if you don't have a smart device. Was a little confusing but I figured it out and it now works! Yay!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation seem to be the easiest and was worth a few extra dollars the LED quality is really good I replaced and under cabinet fluorescent fixture. Nice good quality good value installation kit provided with everything you need. It's very bright without being harsh on the eyes wiring is not complicated. This unit is a great width and length shines bright over our countertop installation was really easy. Loving the wide range of colors that you have to choose from including irregular fluorescent White.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t expect that this under-cabinet lighting is a bit heavy. It also feels durable. I totally appreciate that I can control it via app since I can customize the color and simply keep it bright white light. I also like the option that I can adjust the brightness. The best thing is it works with Alexa and Google Home and that really made the operation so much easier. GE LED lighting is definitely energy efficient.
