im very upset. second OtterBox purchased same results. the Samsung 24 has curved screen cracked on curve again now have to replace again I wish they just said it will not protect curved edge

We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Been using Otterbox products for 5years . completely satisfied with durability of cases and none of phones or tablets have ever been damaged. Excellent protection when dropped. Recommend for all your devices.
Would be nice for them to warranty. It send me a new one

Wireless charging

Great case have used the defender series for years and never had a screen get damaged or case cracked. My phone gets dropped or knocked off something at least 2 to 4 times a week. Was concerned it would not charge on the Samsung charger, however if phone is placed on its side and not standing charging is not an issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mediocre quality from Otterbox

Kind of expected more from otterbox. I like everything about the cases except on this they completely left out any protection for the stylus port on the phone. I can tell already this is going to be a point of failure being that it's completely uncovered. Come on guys, this is supposed to be your rugged, heavy duty case. This is a weak attempt and you seem to be floundering with creating a better phone case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
