Horrible seller, please DON'T buy from this seller

So many parts are missing from the packaging and we communicated to the seller and they are just dancing around without providing proper answer. I love this type of machine and I want to assembled to enjoy but lot of nuts , bolts and parts are missing and I am truly frustrated. I have initiated returning procedures. PLEASE DON'T BUY
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
