Terrible. Do not buy.

Just received item today. Does not work! When I turn it on, it makes a loud grunting noise. I turn up the speed and the belt does not move at all. It just gets louder. Product feels very cheap. It doesn't even deserve one star but I can't submit review without any star rating. There is no phone number to contact Costway. I sent an email to request assistance with a return. Hope I will get hear back from them. I tried calling Best Buy and they said there is nothing they can do at this point. Suggested I email the seller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
