DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!

This item says it will ship within 2 days, it will NOT. You are unable to contact Best Buy because they have handed it off to Costway. After repeated attempts to find where my shipment I only got the runaround.
Who knows how the actual treadmill works because Costway will never ship it to you!
But believe me, they took my money ASAP!

The WORST thing about this treadmill is that the remote is the only item that will turn on the treadmill belt and in 10 months it suddenly stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still wouldnt work. When i contacted SuperFits (now called Costway) they said I was out of the 30-day warrantee and they couldn't help me. What a joke! Other crappy qualities: (1) it's really slim so it's not very comfortable for long walks (2) It's flimsy and will hurt your joints to run on (unlike a gym treadmill or running outside). Do not buy this, go for walks outside and save your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
