Doesn’t work. Hard to get support

Our treadmill came today and after following directions for set up turned it on and nothing. The on off button lights up so getting power but machine doesn’t come on, no lights, sound nothing. Link on Best Buy order page to contact Marketplace to send message kept bouncing back with error message “unable to send, refresh page”. Kept refreshing, didn’t send. Went out of site then repopulated page and tried again. Got same cannot send message. Now what?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

⭐️ 1 Star — Treadmill Arrived and Doesn’t Work

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The treadmill showed up and it simply does not work. I followed all the setup instructions, checked the power, and tried every troubleshooting step I could find, but nothing fixes it. For something brand new, this shouldn’t be happening.
I’ve reached out to the company for support, but so far this has been a frustrating experience. Hopefully they make it right, but as of now, I can’t recommend this product.
