Ok but not what I hoped for

The bike is just OK. The main reason we bought this one was because we had Best Buy gift card and it was within our budget.
Cons:
Biggest complaint is the handle bars rock side to side and front and back when using the bike. I cannot get it tight enough to stop the rocking no matter the height I adjusted it too. I could understand it rocking if I had it all the way up. This is frustrating but not so bad it stops you from using it.
They say it has an emergency brake but I cannot seem to get mine to engage.
Instructions are poorly written. However it is quite easy to put together. And you can figure out where the wire plug in through reasonable deduction.
The resistance pad seems to wear quite fast. I adjust it to have some tension and 5 minutes in and I have to tighten it some more. Being as this is my first direct contact resistance bike I am not sure how long the pad should last.
Shipping wasn't what was first communicated. Took an extra week at least. Seller said they had to bring it out of the states and could not give me an accurate delivery date. I ordered from a Canadian site and expected it to come from a Canadian location not the States.

Pros:
Easy to assemble (tools come with it).
It is very quite when using it.
Seat and handle bars are adjustable. (Seat adjusts up and down and front to back, the handle bars adjust up and down)
Adjusting the tension is easy.
