[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer works good but has a couple design flaws. The dryer throws all the clothes toward the door even though it is perfectly level. Clothes get thrown against the lint trap. Also, lint trap is hard to remove. And dirt collects between door and rubber seal on inside. I have to use an old toothbrush to remove it all the time. A man must have designed this dryer!! Take my advice and buy a different dryer!

Why doesn't my dryer drum light work?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with my new dryer but there is one issue I'm having the this dryer. Often the dryer drum light doesn't come on and other times it does not shut off. This is a new dryer. I don't think I should already be having problems with whirlpool.

Old machine (also Whirlpool) worked better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 weeks old. Dark control panel is very hard to read. Automatic drying leaves clothes very slightly damp. In hindsight, I should have kept old machine (the paired washer had died) and ignored salesman warnings that lifetime of machines (mine was 13 yrs old) dictated a probable near term failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
