Short battery life and poor suction

We were very hopeful of the vaccum, the ratings seem great and the comments seemed objective.
We like the charging station and the emptying method and really everything about it except for the main reasons you buy a vaccum, suction and battery life.
Unfortunately this vaccum is going back to the store this week.

- Self cleaning is terrible right out of the box. Hair and lint doesn't get cleared even after multiple attempts on full charge.
- Vacuum is making a clicking sound while cleaning on hard floors.
- 3D Green light to show dust is a great feature
- Overall not satisfied mainly because of sub standard self-cleaning function.

Love it - sleek and self-cleaning!

I’m so happy with my Tineco GO Station! It’s aesthetically pleasing and looks great in my home. The self-cleaning feature is a game-changer - no more dealing with tangled hair and debris in the brush roll. The suction is strong, it’s easy to maneuver, and being cordless is super convenient.
So far so good! I’m giving myself more time to fully test it out before buying the mop vacuum as well, but I’m already impressed. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t vaccum on carpet.

It’s ok on regular flooring, on any rug or carpet it spits debris or just doesn’t vacuum anything up. It’s basically just a very expensive broom.

Self clean doesn't work properly

Not good for pets either. It wont clean pet hair from chairs and couches. Self clean doesn't work very well, most of the time I had to pull out hair. Suction is ok as well.
Vacuum doesn't work on any carpet surface. Roller stops spinning.
Tineco mop vaccum I got works really well but this was a big disappointment.
