Love Mila when she’s quiet. The smart features, and night time white noise are great. I feel at peace knowing Mila is helping keep my allergies at bay. But I wish her motor was always as respectful as the rest of esthetics.

I'm happy with the air filtering part. What needs work are the apps and home integration. The Apple app on the iPad *still* hasn't been optimized, so opens in a tiny little phone sized window. Come on, it's 2024! iPads have been out for 14 years now! The Android app keeps forgetting my password, and frustratingly uses custom user/password fields that are not recognized as user/password fields, so I don't get prompted to enter creds from my saved list. That basically makes the Android version useless. Finally the "is a user in the room" detection just doesn't work if you're watching TV. So we're watching a Movie and suddenly it ramps up to full power. Then I have to go over to it (as the apps are trash) and set it to manual, so I can hear the movie.. and then I forget to turn it back after.
What I would LOVE would be Google Home integration so I can say "Hey Google snooze Mila for 2 hours". Please please please do that!

We love the machine and the ability to control settings through the app. I’ve grown to be way too informed with air quality in my home and driving my wife nuts with all my new knowledge. Also, the customer service is second to none!

We have two Milas and love them so much. We started with one and then very quickly added another to the family.
They spring into action whenever it matters (when there are cooking smells, on dusty days when we have the patio doors open, whatever...) and sit quietly in the background when there's no work to be done.
An unexpected bonus is that since we got them we almost never need to dust in our home. The air quality, temperature and humidity graphs in the app give us a great understanding of what's going on. That said, if you just want a "set it and forget it" approach, a Mila will do that too.
They also look really nice vs lots of home devices... I've never felt the need to hide them away in a corner behind some piece of furniture.
