I originally bought two units. One of the units got loud. I followed the steps and it was replaced promptly. Now my second unit is making noise, Hmmm... The same has happened with two of my children. Back to R&D?

I've been with the Mila experience since the beginning, have two and the new mini will join the team soon. They're so smart and pretty, with the quietest purr. But hmm... like anything we depend upon being purr-fect one has been running louder recently, and I feel like an early demise is here. Oh MIla, what's the matter? How can I help?

I honestly love my Mila. It fits perfectly in my room, and works wonders! I have her connected to my Apple HomeKit smart home which has some automations set up, along with the Automagic Modes in the Mila app, and they work seamlessly every time. I’ve had the purifier for a while, but still find myself scrolling through the app every day! I love the learning opportunities that are available so I always know what the different readings mean, as well as the daily tidbits. Easily the best investment I’ve made in the last 5 years! Thank you for making such an amazing product!

Two Milas, one in the bedroom, the other in the main living room /kitchen. Two neighbours who are smokers used to anger me with their second hand pollution. Then, I discovered the Mila. Oh my! What a change it made in my quality of life… at home. I love those machines and all the stats they provide.
