We adore our Mila, and I especially love that she tells on my husband when he burns food when I’m out of the house. It’s become normal to say things like “Oh you really p*ssed off Mila!” When she goes into overdrive to clean up the air after a cooking debacle.
She also helped us identify a huge humidity issues in our space. We now run a dehumidifier that pulls 4 gallons of water out of our space a DAY! If there was a dehumidifier by this company I’d be first in line to buy. I’d trust all my home air needs with this company .
I especially love their app. Often ‘smart’ devices come with awful, ugly or annoying to use apps. Mila’s app is a joy to use. I couldn’t love an air purifier more.

It's a beautiful piece of furniture that blends in nicely. We're very happy with the air quality that the Mila provides, although there are times when it is considerably louder than we were expecting. Also, our cat hates it because her toys get trapped underneath it.

I love how the Mila turns on full blast when my husband cooks breakfast! That's how I know it's working. Also, there have been a few times when smoke has rolled in from nearby fires, and the Mila has woken me up by going on full blast, and then I knew to wake up and close all the windows. Overall, I have been pleased with how it has kept up with the smoke over the summer. It's nice to come into a house with clean air when you can barely see outside from the smoke.

I bought my first Mila on Kickstarter. Bought my second Mila a few months later. Pre-ordered the mini-Mila. I have more Milas than kids. Should I put Mila in my will?

I would like to see better communication/implementation around the auto filter subscription. Also, the motor in one of my Milas is starting to sound angry

You are the platinum star of customer service. The skill and effort that goes into even simple things like the messages that appear on the units and in the forum is impressive and welcomed. The next time I see a Star Wars film I am just going to imagine a Mila where R2D2 appears!!
