I own three and have helped many of my friends and family buy one of their own. I couldn’t live without these around my home and even take one on holidays when going local. I love the messages through the app and think it’s very well designed.

We have two Milas. Both of them have had problems requiring replacement - one after about one year, and the other after about two years. While I'm disappointed that both required replacement, I have been very happy with the way Mila has stood behind their product and made the replacement so easy.

I am a consumer who does their research on consumer products before making a purchase and I’ve been wanting an air purifier for some time now (little fur baby’s are my main reason but my overall health as well). There’s an overwhelming amount of purifiers out there on the market with competition to consumers on why they should purchase their product and, not many have science backing their claim Diving into the research you find there’s a fair few who build a shell, slap in a fan and a flimsy piece of fabric and call it a purifier. “Perfect”, or “That’ll do” I imagine the manufacturers say to themselves. Mila are honest, they delve into the research for you and share their findings and facts, sharing their test scores and explain what it actually means and how it affects you as an individual. And based on all of this they have built a product to not only filter the air but also add value to your everyday life, literally built a product beneficial to consumers and in current times for an actual need. The carbon monoxide detection is what sold me on top of all the other perfect features it has but what really surprised me was the app. A warning not only for mould growth but how long it will take to grow in the current environment? Amazing! And recently the AI monthly report, superb. Overall has exceeded my expectations and an absolute top tier product. Value for money and no question the winner currently on the market.

When the Milas work they're great. I love all the details provided and I haven't seen any other purifiers around the same price point with the same features. I had to get rid of one of my Milas because it and its replacement kept making loud fan noises and I didn't feel like dealing with the return process. Sometimes the app logs me out and because I don't think to check it everyday I might miss notifications now and then.
I do wish the filters were smaller. They last a long time but I'm concerned about the environmental impact. I also wish the Mila came in brighter colors (the mini colors are cute but not really my style).

I enjoy the sass with the app and that I can change the amount it cycles. a funny thing I found is I know when to dump my dehumidifier when the basement Mila tells me the humidity it high It does a good job but my upstairs one can’t get all the cigarette/pot smoke that seeps through the walls from my neighbor which makes me a bit sad
