We love the auto adjustment but one now makes a lot of noise when it is spinning even on the lowest setting and it would require disassembly to clean. Do enjoy the little messages that pop up from time to time; they bring a smile to me everytime.

I had a significant issue with my original Mila device recently and it basically stopped working. Mila’s support was really easy and helpful, and ultimately sent me a replacement Mila. I have 6 cats, including one who has asthma, so I really depend on my Mila to keep me and my cat family as healthy as possible.

My husband doesn't bat an eye if the toilets don't get washed for weeks, or if the sink is full of dishes, or if we're growing new pets out of the furballs accumulating on the floors. But if Mila is turned off for any amount of time his first comment coming home is "wow, it's getting pretty dirty in here. Is the air thing on?"

I love my mila and interacting with it like its another pet in my home. It keeps me company and I love knowing its cleaning my air at the same time.

I was SUPER happy with Mila for about 18 months but then pretty quickly both of my units started running very loud and are unpleasant to be around. Filters are clean. Software is up to date. They're just loud now.

My house is old AF (118 years old to be exact) and I guess I was suffering from some serious nose blindness, but my first Mila hovered around 800 VOC for the first few weeks. I thought, maybe this is made up numbers to impress people because I couldn't believe it. Many months and another Mila later, my house is almost always at 0. With 2 babies, 2 dogs and a cat, I feel confident knowing my house is safe and clean to breathe, play and sleep in.
