Mila just works fairly seamlessly for us - we don't really think about them and they do the job. It would be nice if they could be programmed for things like "When I'm watching Apple TV, go into quiet mode" or "Increase fan volume when my neighbor has stayed too long and isn't getting the hint that it's way past my bedtime," and sometimes the My Account experience on the website is not quite up to snuff...but all in all our two units, Mila and Kunis, keep our woodstove-heated house pretty A+QI.

Works fine, sometimes too well. When cooking some food, automatic mode kicks in high fan. Have to ho into AP to go to manual and turn it down so can hear TV. It would be nice if the AP directly to control mode instead of telling me what room it is in.

We have two Milas and love them - great connectivity, information about air quality, and air circulation. One of them does, however, has an odd sound from its motor - and Mila previously replaced one that also had a bad motor - so keep an eye on that

It helps me having a clear status of the air at any time. I love also that the display wakes up when I'm passing by. No need to press a button or look on my phone to have a quick status. The only thing is the fan is a bit noisy compared with my deshumidifier

I am a bit disappointed in the quality. Three of the four units failed early. To your credit, the service people were great at sending new ones.

While there are some problem along the way (i.e. proximity sensor malfunction, bearing noise), Mila was happy to replace my units even when it was already the replacement unit.

Our Mila has really opened my eyes to the causes of poor indoor air quality...candle burning and even more so candle extinguishing; cooking with certain oils especially when the cooking temp is too high; leaving the outside doors open too long. It's also made me realize how clean our house is versus friends/family that have a Mila, comparing the data from the app and comparing the condition of the filter sock and filter.

Works pretty well. I’d say in the last 8 months or so, I notice the display is showing the air quality meter with the colorful scale and the data is missing. Does this frequently. I also think the fan has started to make a bit of noise. It’s not perfectly silent like it used to be. Generally it does a good job.
