I’ve been very happy with our Milas, especially during wildfire smoke season. It’s hugely reassuring to be able to monitor indoor AQI when outside AQI is 150+. I have recommended Mila to friends & will continue to do so! Really my only complaint is that my dog loves to sleep next to the Mila in our bedroom - does she love it or is she plotting to destroy the filters ahead of schedule? I might never know…

Mila does an excellent job, indoor air quality is noticeably improved -- which is important given current wildfires in CA. The automagic settings are great, I particularly like the Housekeeping and Turndown Service modes. But I'll admit, Mila's app needs work. The UI is fairly non-intuitive and unnecessarily complicated, and is difficult to navigate due to issues with touch targets. The worst part though is the incessance of the alerts, which are barely configurable. There's no way (that I've found, at least) to only receive alerts when air quality is notably bad. Light a candle? Get an alert. Leave a window open on a cloudy day? You might get mold! Have too large a room? Mila alerts to tell you to close the windows because clearly that's the only possible explanation. In summary, the hardware is unparalleled, but the software team invested far too much time on making a pretty app with snark and spunk than one which works well for its users.

Although I have some gripes with Mila, such as the temperature sensors, app experience, and lack of the ability turn off the display, I still don't regret my decision to purchase this air purifier. And one of the main reasons why I'm not regretful is because it still feels like I acquired an assistant rather than a machine because assistants learn new things over time and so does Mila. Don't get me wrong, it still filters the air in my room really well, I'm just being honest with my experience 1 month in. Looking forward to how my Mila improves over time!

Mila is a high quality air filter with a personality. She'll talk to you, tell you about your air and try to keep it clean (as long as she isn't hiding from Monday).
