It sounds silly, but the "close the windows, I can't keep up!" notification doesn't make any sense for us - usually a high AQI means we're cooking and need to OPEN the windows (we live in an area where the outside AQI is pretty low).
I would also appreciate more insight into VOCs and how they fluctuate, ways to diagnose the source of them, etc. We ended up moving the Mila around the house to find where they were spiking the highest to try and figure out where they were coming from (but I'm still not sure we actually found the problem).

Had a bearing go in one, Mile replaced, was good. See how the other one fairs as well as new one. Wish it health with TVOC's

With Mila around at home, ( I have 5 Mila’s), you never know that I have 3 Maine Coone’s. Mila eats away all smells, including smells from the litter boxes!! No animal smell whatsoever!!

I have 3 Maine Coone’s, I have 4 Mila’s through out my home. With the Mila’s, you would never know that we have pets in our home. I have one in room where the litter boxes are, and she completely eats up any smells that would be there if we didn’t have a Mila !!

my Mila is rather loud. My partner has one and it sounds like a normal air purifier - some motor noise but mostly air flow. Mine makes a mechanical whirring noise that never lets up, even if it’s on low. The touch screen is also not very responsive. But overall I like it.

Love our Milas but I find the delay in communication difficult. I have had 2 replacement milas for my bedroom and I have been unable to remove the old one from my account. Also, I have asked for assistance on making both filters to be put on autofill and shipped together. For some reason this has not been done and I have not been able to make the adjustment myself. Please make it so
