My Mila appears to do the opposite to what it is set too. Sleep hours 11pm to 7am. Mila does not dim down, and during the day (after 7am) the display is off, if you touch the display it shows "Shhh....go back to bed" basically the opposite!

The ability to customize the Mila's per Mila is amazing. Different hours for different spaces, quiet mode, white noise.

Great air filter. When not on Automagic it should switch off when AQI is zero. Filters could be more reasonably priced and last the full year other Hepa filters do.

They work great all the time, until they don't. Eventually, it gets noisy like a grinding bearing - and it is too noisy (at any level). I had one replaced under Warranty - which you guys were great with, very smooth and easy - but now the other one is doing it, but I can't be bothered replacing, so it's been turned off and consigned to the garage pile of stuff. When the other one goes, that will likely be the end of them in the household.

Unfortunately because I am not able to download/use the APP, it is difficult to operate the Mila without a manual operating guide. This leaves me not knowing how effectively the Mila is working or what I can do to maximise it’s efficiency. Please consider creating and including a paper manual in the packaging for those of us who are technologically challenged.
