We got our first Mila over two years ago and were in love. After the 2 years Mila started to get a little louder than her usual and my husband wanted to banish her to the basement. I would not have poor Mila sent away like that, so I messaged the Mila care squad and they were able to help us out. Mila has been permitted to stay and continue cleaning our living room air and we are all happier for it! Thanks to the amazing help from the Mila team! We couldn't ask for better, faster service from a company. A few of our friends have also joined the Mila family at our recommendation and are also living the clean air life. Thanks Mila!

Had a defective model but Mila support team has been responsive and very helpful in replacing the unit. The filters are amazing and the people living me with allergies are showing no symptoms. I am looking forward to seeing what the Mila team provides in the future. Hopefully some AI integration where it can detect bad outside air and proactively turn up the Mila.

Mila is great, it's very sensitive and picks up on anything going on in our living room. We have allergies and two dogs and it has really helped with that. I also appreciate knowing when the humidity is rising so I can turn on the dehumidifier.

Mila is a breath of fresh air (literally)! I am very happy with the work they do and knowing that my overreactor filters are kicking odor's butt and keeping us breathing healthy!
