I love my Mila I can't say enough good things about it. There are a couple areas for improvement that make me hesitate a bit t recommend it to friends (I still do).
1. I've had 2 Milas stop working after a year of use. This is really troubling, my other non-smart air purifiers have lasted half a decade at least.
2. Automagic mode is very aggressive sometime. My air quality is 0, yet for some reason my Mila is running REALLY intensely all the time! I actually have to just keep it in manual mode now.
3. I wish I could see in the app when I got my filter and manage my refills there. Better yet, based on the overall usage itd be great if mila could be smart about filter lifespan!

The Mila provides excellent insights into the quality of the air in my house. I appreciate the level of detail it provides allowing for peace of mind in understanding what is going on with the air in my house.

Love my Mila! Sometimes she does yell at me when I’m cooking…but we’re still good friends. I like all the stats the app provides.

It's almost too sensitive, if anyone cooks anything in the kitchen (two rooms away from Mila), she goes into panic mode!

When my original Mila started sounding funny I was able to take advantage of the extended warranty. A new Mila arrived quickly and the silence and air quality are great!
