Love it except that my unit died in less than a year. I did get a free replacement though.

Mila is like, my most useful friend. I love the combo of nerdiness and chattiness, and the design. We usually hate the humidity in my room about the same time and amount, which is frustrating but I can't disagree with her. My only wish is for a temporary "please quiet down for a couple hours" button, sometimes she wants to be on full blast for an AQI of like, 5 and it's really loud and the only way to ask her to be quiet is to put her in manual mode.... but I inevitably forget to return her to automagic. I would love a "hey, can you just shush for a little while?" button that I don't need to think about again.

I love mine. Sometimes they’re too loud like just the fan is going but then the screen is like “all good just ignore me” how can I? Hahaha. They also yell at me in the winter when it’s really dry so I put my humidifiers on and then they yell because there’s stuff in the air. Make up your mind! My technology is always battling each other.

Overall Mila is the best housekeeper I could ask for. With two cats who could not shed more, Mila is the ideal solution for cleaner air in my apartment. The only negative thing is that after a year, my Mila is noisier than I would like.

I like our Milas and appreciate the App functionality. The only issue I have is that one of our Mila's always reverts to automagic mode if we have to restart our wifi or the power goes out. It's the one in our bedroom, so it is super annoying if there is a power outage in the middle of the night because the Mila always comes back on sounding like an aircraft about to take off. Our other Mila stays on manual mode without issue.

Being able to track air quality and CO2 in a covid conscious house as an immunocompromised person has been life changing ❤️ also I have 3 cats, but with the amount of fur and dander I see when I switch out my filters, I have enough to make a 4th! My only piece of feedback for future models: would be amazing to make it easier to clean the top of the unit under the plastic grill :) thanks for keeping my air fresh besties!
