I love having Mila in my as a home purifier and smart assistant! She’s always on top of things to alert me when the AQI levels are forecasted to be high the next day so I can plan my day accordingly. Mila works like a charm to clear the air of the tiny dust bunnies my cats leave behind as well as the minute harmful molecules when the food in the kitchen (located below my bedroom) gets a little too overcooked!

I love my Mila! "She" is so funny!! I love the messages and sometimes take pictures of the messages and forward to my family! Oh! The Christmas messages were really cute too!! Thank you

My Mila has started making noises again. It happened with my first Mila and had to be exchanged. It sounds like a problem with the fan. Other than the noises, my experience has been great. Though, the fan noise problem on multiple Milas could prevent me from purchasing another.

I have 2 Mila machines working hard to combat the bad things my furry and feathered critters put into the air that I breathe. Both machines have been replaced under warranty. Although a replacement is nice I do worry about the future reliability of my Mila machines. In the meantime they continue to run smoothly and gobble of lots of pet dander and cooking smells and general pet odours. Well done Mila.

I have 3 large, furry dogs. My daughter says my house smells great, and not like dogs at all...unlike some with less animals.. and I dust half as much as I used to!!

My first year with the Mila Air Purifiers was like having two toddlers on a permanent sugar high. They were loud, screechy, and never seemed to do what I wanted. It was a constant battle of wills, with me desperately hoping they'd just... behave.
Turns out, I wasn't the only one dealing with these temperamental toddlers. It seems a lot of early Mila adopters had similar issues with their units. (Something about faulty bearings? I'm no engineer, but apparently, it was a thing.)
Frustrated and defeated, I banished my noisy toddlers to the basement, vowing to never speak of them again. But then, a glimmer of hope appeared in the form of a Reddit thread. After some back-and-forth with the Mila folks, they surprised me with two brand new units.
And wouldn't you know it? These new Milas are like the well-behaved older siblings I always dreamed of. They're quiet, efficient, and actually do what they're supposed to. It's the Mila experience I was hoping for all along!
Now, I'm cautiously optimistic. I even find myself considering getting those smaller units for the kids' rooms (allergies are no joke, folks). But let's be real, I'm still a little hesitant to fully trust the Mila brand again. After all, once bitten, twice shy, right?
But hey, maybe one day I'll be a full-fledged Mila convert. For now, I'm just happy my air purifiers finally grew out of their terrible twos.
