With two large dogs and two cats, we chose the Mila and the Critter Cuddler to help keep our air clean and could not be happier with our choice.

I love our Milas even though our first one developed a connectivity issue and then a noise issue. But I'm extremely grateful that the Mila team sent out two (!) replacements even though we were out of warranty. Our latest one is also developing a bit of a noise issue in White Noise mode but moving it downstairs has "fixed" it for now.

Great air purifier! I noticed a difference in my families allergy symptoms in our old house. My only complaint after 2 years is the loud mechanical sound it makes now is low key annoying.

very happy with removing cooking smells from our cooking and common room area. My old unit gradually became louder with time, which was a dissatisfier as conversation could be limited when it was on. This new unit is significantly quieter. (Old unit replaced via warranty due to software failure).
