Great addition

I haven’t had a microwave in 3 years and it’s supper quiet and heats up my food fairly quickly. Door lock gets some getting used to but you can turn that off. Overall kitchen aid doesn’t disappoint. Just wish was a tad smaller but overall great microwave

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is a great product. It is large enough for a variety of items and the stainless steel is good quality. The stainless steel allows for easy cleanup. The removable glass plate inside the microwave is for easy cleaning as well. I especially like that steam feature that the microwave have for self cleaning. In addition, I like all the features that it provides in terms of reheating. These include the 30 secs increments as well as the different types of timer for different types of food. When reheating food, the microwave is not loud at all. I don’t know the energy efficiency, but I don’t think it’s any different from our old microwave. I highly recommend it

Poor Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased in a new build home. The microwave door is too dark to see through while the microwave is on. The light doesn’t help. I tried having it replaced but the replacement had the same problem. Terrible design with nothing better to offer. Not a happy customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s an adventure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works I guess? Auto lock on it stinks and shutting it off doesn’t seem to work. The wrong door was installed(which is a different size, it is slightly larger)so we have to have the whole thing replaced for the second time. Disappointing quality for a Kitchen Aid level appliance. Also not simple to do a 30sec cook.

I wouldn’t buy this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a fan. not the microwave I thought I was getting when I purchased this home, there is no light inside of it, and I am not a fan of the fact that you have to hit end and then hit the button. I’ve had it less than three weeks and my son made a mistake and is now broken. there was no manual with the unit through the fault of the builder but I now have to have a service call Which won’t cost me an arm and a leg or more than the microwave itself.

Big nice looking microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been testing this microwave for the last 3 months and it’s a great addition to our kitchen.
It was too big for our countertop area so we moved it to a coffee section and use it there.
I believe you can purchase a trim a hang it on the wall.
It’s very easy to use and heats your food FAST! At least faster than our other brand we have on the wall…
