Clock Didn't work from Day One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box the clock did not keep time. Did the troubleshooting recommended but to no avail. The microwave works great otherwise. We are getting another microwave to replace this one through Whirlpool. The customer service from Whirlpool is among the best that I have dealt with. Very responsive and easy to work with. Hoping the replacement does not have issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the way I can decrease cooking time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a Whirlpool microwave in-place when purchased home 12 years ago.. The new one nicely fit in the built-in space above the ovens. It seems to have more power than the previous; and functions well. It takes a while to "figure" the setings. The inside light does not illuminate the interior sufficiently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Micro-wave works great. I am not sure why you think the user does not need a key board. If what you want to cook fits ths pre-set fine but have to search for the plus or minus is so unecessary when a key board would allow us select the time. the light is not much help either since it does not illuminate throurgh the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave doesn’t allow for multiple setting to run consecutively - or am I not operating it appropriately ? Because much of it is automatically programmed or am I misunderstanding the operation instructions?
