[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG air conditioner back in July and was glad I did! It's perfect for my apartment. Cools all of my rooms and especially in the heat wave we have. I would recommend LG air conditioner to all it's perfect 👌

Item was purchased Aug 28th and upon start up it was very loud, hard to even talk over it. Within days it developed a squeal as well. LG tech determined it was faulty. Not repairable

This air conditioner replaces a similar model that was only 4 years old and the compressor (condenser?) started overheating. I hope this one lasts longer. This one has 4 settings--fan only, AC, economy AC and something that can be used when it is raining outside. I would prefer that each setting have a different color button indicator, as I have to get down on my knees to see which mode I am in. And what is this qualifier that I received the AC for free or at a discount? Huh?

My new AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago. Replaces a similar model. Would prefer a different color light for each mode so I don't have to get down on my knees to see what mode it is in. Also could have used a longer cord. Either that or a cord that come out of either side of the unit. Had to add a new electrical outlet because I don't feel an extension cord is safe.
