All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each product is trouble-free, and are built to last. The broken stand is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. However, accidental damage is not covered. However, if the broken stand is a factory defect, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine the root cause so this may be resolved immediately. My ISP plan provides 300 MPBS download speed. With my old router, I would be lucky to get 15 MBPS. Since I purchased the ASUS EBR63 router, I can pull speeds into the 200s, which is very good for my Internet usage needs. Product setup couldn't be easier once I downloaded the app. I have since purchased an ASUS range extender to cover the second floor of my home. I Recommend ASUS products over the competition.
