Buit-in VPN is pathetic and so is the USB ability.

I just bought this router and TRIED to set up a VPN, and also connected a USB external drive. Neither of them work at this time.

Purchased to replace a 9 year old Asus router. The old one was reliable and still working, but wanted a stronger WiFi 6 router for the increasing number of connected devices in my home. Nicely packaged, setup was a breeze, and I like the app that shows what devices are connected to my network. So far it is has been a nice upgrade and covers my 3000 sq ft house. Hope it will be as dependable and long-lasting as my previous one.

I was impressed with how easy the router was to install with cell phone app. There are tons of features which are very easy to turn on or off on the app. The app also provides a lot of I donation how the router is operating. It even has a thoughtful reboot scheduler to keep the router operating at its peak. The coverage of both 2.6 and 5 signals is very good and it is very fast. Very happy with router.

I haven't had this new router installed all that long but impressions after a few weeks are favorable! I bought two of them. One is set up as the main router and the other is set up as an Aimesh node. Spreading them out as a mesh network works for our ranch style house. Setup was simple if you just follow the directions. The app is helpful as well is the full web interface (which is not required, but available). Both exceed the functionality of my last router system's tools. As for speed and multiple devices, I've yet to buffer while accessing, streaming, or downloading anything. So far, I'm very pleased!

I purchased two these routers on the recommendation of the sales team at my local Micro Center store. I was blown away on how easy it was to setup the routers. They are performing well and thus far have had not issues. The mesh feature is great.

Worked perfectly the first 6 weeks. Now it randomly disconnects some devices but not others displaying "Invalid Password". After several hours these devices reconnect to Wi-Fi spontaneously. I haven't changed password. While one iPad is connected to Wi-Fi I will bring another iPad next to it to share password but still "Invalid" and no internet on second iPad. Recognizes password the next day. What gives?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
