Just Bought and Need to Fix

Dryer has potential, needs additional engineering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a couple weeks ago, I owed a Whirlpool made Kenmore H4T Front end loader washer and dryer set, that worked without any issues for almost 20 years. I thought it would be beneficial to replace them before something were to happen. Things I've noticed:1) The dryer light doesn't stay on long, very annoying; 2) You have to continually push the Remote Start button in order to work the dryer through the app (it turns off every time you open the door) ...very annoying; 3) The preset levels dry the clothes way too long...even when you set it to low heat and less drying time, the clothes don't come out moderately damp, they come out like they've been in Sahara dessert. 4) the low dry heat is still way too hot. 5) The lint screen is designed weird so every time you pull it out and try to clean it, lint gets everywhere, including back inside the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
