The new energy score is a great addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This latest iteration of the Galaxy Watch is a good upgrade. I love the green color option, and the push button for the watch band is significantly easier to use. The bezel is thinner so the screen space is bigger without changing the overall size of the watch. It also has updated sensors which seem fairly accurate as far as I can tell. The use of Galaxy AI to create an energy score from those metrics is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the updated motion and workout sensor. The data sent to the phone suggests other workouts and trends in my day. Wearing the watch at night gives full view of how well I sleep and tips on how to get a more restful sleep.

It's a big WIN! And the trade in for the watch is great deal. Galaxy AI with the watch is an interesting concept. I'm happy with my purchase ☺️

Design and Build: The Galaxy Watch 7 maintains the sleek and familiar design of its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch 6. Available in 40mm and 44mm sizes, it fits comfortably on the wrist and looks stylish. The Super AMOLED display is bright and clear, making it easy to read notifications and track my activities even in direct sunlight.
Performance: Powered by the Samsung Exynos W1000 processor, the watch is responsive and handles multitasking with ease. The upgraded GPS and dual-frequency support provide accurate tracking for outdoor activities. The interface is smooth, and navigating through apps and settings is a breeze.
Health and Fitness Tracking: One of the standout features of the Galaxy Watch 7 is its AI-powered wellness tools. The BioActive health sensor offers detailed insights into my sleep patterns, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels. The sleep tracking is particularly impressive, providing in-depth analysis and suggestions for improvement. The watch also includes features like workout tracking, stress monitoring, and even sleep apnea detection (though this requires a Galaxy phone).
Battery Life: The battery life is one area where the Galaxy Watch 7 could improve. With regular use, I found myself needing to charge it daily. While this isn’t a deal-breaker, it would be great to see longer battery

It effectively tracks my daily steps and provides valuable insights into my progress. The Galaxy AI search function is also highly efficient in finding information and expanding my knowledge. Furthermore, the ECG app on my watch is particularly useful as it monitors my pulse and promptly notifies me of any irregularities in my heart rhythm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Watch4 and have absolutely fallen in love with this watch. the battery life is greatly improved, the addition of Galaxy AI, and the new sport band is super cute and comfortable. also loving all the new features on Samsung health with your energy score (mine is not great because.. night shift HA). definitely happy with this purchase!!
