[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a few months now, I have been using the Galaxy Watch 7 daily, and it's been a game changer for me. Taking into account Galaxy AI it has been spot on with health tracking features, even notifying me of stress I was previously unaware of.
As someone who needs to get their health in order, the Watch 7 is a great companion and has helped me keep better track of my excersises, activities, and other statistics.

The performance is quick, the display is more than bright enough and the battery lasts me all day with normal use. The customizable watch faces are excellent and has numerous other settings to make it feel uniquely yours. The talk to text and Galaxy AI are key features, especially when searching online, texting/messaging with the watch and using this watch more efficiently overall.
The build quality is great, it does not feel cheaply made at all. The screen is the perfect size and is very durable, through everyday use I cannot see any scratches, I am impressed. For the money, this is an excellent watch.
