Battery range is only 24h and once it's disconnected from the phone for the whole day, It will be removed from the wearable app in tour phone, you have to synchronize everything once again

As far as smart watches go, this one is alright. This is the third model I've purchased, but I end up giving them away. I am still trying to understand why anyone would need one or find them all that useful. They do not have the same cachet as a fine watch. The bands are not particularly comfortable. They are a little awkward to wear as they must be snug and high on your wrist to get proper biometrics readings. The information provided is of little value other than to tell you how many steps you've made in a day. The screens are too small to provide useful information in the case of emails or texts. The idea of taking a phone call over a watch strikes me as a little ridiculous. I just don't get it!

First, center the watch on top of your wrist and slide the end of the strap or band through the loop. Then, fit the strap or band to your wrist and firmly insert the pin into the adjustment hole. Ensure the pin is fully inserted into the hole. But make sure not to overtighten the strap or band. I've had this watch for a few weeks now and it's pretty fun to do different things with different apps. Like the activities and things like that, I enjoy it quite a bit. Haven't had too many issues. The only issue I had was after I had everything in it did some type of an update and I had to like, redo everything all over again.That was my only issue.
This is second galaxy watch 7. Lost my first one and jumped at the chance to get another with Galaxy S25 Ultra promo discounts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch 7 pairs flawless with the Samsung health app. I have the galaxy S21 ultra phone and this watch works great with it. It auto detects my walls so I don't have to do anything to record vitals. BPM Steps etc. would highly recommend.
