[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] **Review of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7: A Fantastic Upgrade from the Galaxy Watch 4**
I recently made the switch from the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 to the Galaxy Watch 7, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The improvements in design, functionality, and overall user experience are truly remarkable.
**Design and Display:** The Galaxy Watch 7 boasts a sleeker, more refined design that feels both premium and stylish on my wrist. The display is brighter and more vibrant, making it easy to read notifications and track workouts even in bright sunlight. The always-on display feature is a game-changer, allowing me to glance at the time or my stats without having to wake the watch.
**Health and Fitness Tracking:** Samsung has really stepped up its health and fitness tracking capabilities with the Watch 7. The new sensors provide even more accurate readings for heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and even sleep tracking. The integration of AI into the fitness features is impressive—personalized workout recommendations and real-time feedback keep me motivated and on track with my fitness goals.
**Battery Life:** One of the standout improvements is battery life. The Galaxy Watch 7 lasts significantly longer than the Watch 4, allowing me to wear it for days without worrying about recharging. This is a huge plus for anyone who uses their watch for tracking workouts or sleep.
**Smart Features:** The seamless integration with my Samsung smartphone is fantastic.

3 to a 7 is a world of change!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a Charge 3 47mm to a 40mm 7 and it is amazing! Super slim and sleek, I can barely tell I'm wearing it. I could never use the sleep functions on the 3 because it was so bulky I couldn't sleep with it on. The 7 fixes that problem and now I can monitor my sleep. The only thing I dislike is the tiny orange lining around the power button. Orange is probably my least favorite color but otherwise this watch is awesome and I am so glad I switched.

Much More Accurate

I upgraded from a Galaxy watch 4 and I'm glad to see this watch's heart rate monitoring is so much more accurate. It no longer gets cadence locked like my old watch. I do wish the gps was more accurate; it struggles when turning corners. Additionally, I wish there was a map screen for workouts with a breadcrumb trail as well as more battery customization: I want to have the reduced background activity and syncing of battery saver mode without losing gestures to wake up the screen. The battery life is fine but is much less than a lot of sports watches. I think there is a lot of untapped potential with this watch which I hope Samsung can capitalize on.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 is, without a doubt, one of the most refined and versatile smartwatches on the market today. From its sleek, premium design to its feature-packed performance, this watch excels in nearly every area. If you’re looking for a smartwatch that blends form, function, and cutting-edge tech, the Galaxy Watch 7 is a top contender.
Design & Display (10/10): The first thing that catches your eye is the stunning AMOLED display, which is vibrant, sharp, and easy to read even in direct sunlight. With a high resolution and rich color reproduction, it makes viewing notifications, tracking workouts, and interacting with apps a delight. The design is both stylish and comfortable, with a sleek, modern look that can easily transition from the gym to a formal setting. The materials feel premium, and the build quality is excellent, offering both durability and comfort.
Performance (10/10): Powered by an intuitive One UI interface, the Galaxy Watch 7 is smooth and responsive. Navigating through apps, checking notifications, and using fitness tracking features are all seamless. The performance is incredibly snappy, with minimal lag, and the watch handles multiple tasks without skipping a beat. It pairs effortlessly with both Android and iOS devices, though you get the most out of it when paired with a Samsung smartphone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used all the features and upgraded version of watch 6 and got the best deal on upgrade
While marketed as green, the case it more of a brushed nickel look. After updates and AOD and raise to wake disabled I get about 2.5 days of battery life which is nearly a whole day more than my Galaxy Watch 4 44mm. I mainly upgraded to catch it before my GW4 battery completely died and the trade in deal was too good to pass up. Features wise the new recovery and sleep details are interesting but I am skeptical of the accuracy, otherwise it looks/feels just like the GW4.
This is my 4th Galaxy Watch. I went down to the 40mm for my Galaxy Watch 6 because the previous 44 seemed really large and caused pain when I bent my hand back. The bezel on the 6 was small, so the whole watch seemed small. As soon as the 7's came out and offered a good trade for the 6, I jumped on the 44mm Watch 7. Battery life is longer and it's easier to read the small details on some of the watch faces. I really like it a lot and have no complaints.
