Huge upgrade

I love the new sleep tracking feature that shows all my habits. Galaxy AI is great on my watch. I would recommend this new series to anyone looking to upgrade.

This Watch is a Great Upgrade

I love the sleep monitoring! The heart rate measurement seems to be more accurate. The message summaries are very helpful. The crystal clear display seems to be easier to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade my Galaxy watch 4 to the 7. I like it so far. I like the updated health metrics this watch is able to give me now. That was one of the main reasons I upgraded was to get more information about my sleep and recovery. The battery life has been fine, similar to the 4 so not annoyed for it to be charged every day and half.

Coming from the Galaxy watch 4 classic and I just love the new features with Galaxy AI, the bezel that isn't there and the many health trackers this watch has. I'm Someone who struggles with sleeping at night and it tracks my sleep. Also use my watch at work so I don't have to take my phone out Everytime I get a notification. Love this watch. It's super light on my wrist and charges pretty fast. It was a huge upgrade from my watch 4 classic.
