The Watch7 is equipped with a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor that measures your body's composition using just your fingertips. You can set your targets for weight, body fat, and muscle mass and personalize programs to help you achieve your health goals with accuracy. If your battery is draining quickly, please make sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software version. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. We'd like to gather more information about what you are experiencing with the sleep tracker. The watch is well made like the previous watch 6. However, the smart switch was not so smart, kept disconnecting and proved to be difficult to pair with wear app when the watch 6 was also paired. Just not as seemless as previous upgrades went.

Great watch with useless band

The new galaxy watch is nice. The features are great. They only problem is the band. It is to big. I ordered the green 44mm watch with the green sports band. Samsung you should include a Small/Medium and large band with each watch. I am now forced to spend more money on an aftermarket band that typically isn't of the same quality as the oem one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
