Love the Galaxy Watch series.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th (I think) Galaxy Watch. I started with the "2" when I switched from another tracking watch. I am an "all in" Samsung fan. S24 Ultra, Buds Pro 2, Tab S8. I love Samsung devices. They connect and work together seamlessly. My new Watch 7 does not disappoint. I receive every notification, call, & reminder without a hitch. I've only had it for kess than a week, but I feel that it is giving me better and more precise reports from my workouts and sleeping. I've not played with any AI options yet, but if it's anything like my phone, it will be game changing. Like every other device I've upgraded, this watch is no different.

Excellent features, terrible battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the new Galaxy watch 7. I love the new features and how fluid it looks. It is very lightweight where I can't even feel it on my wrist. The band is easy to switch which is a plus. The watch also has the Google assistant option which you can use as your Galaxy AI assistant.
The charger does not seem to magnetize itself to the watch as I want it to. It seems that you'll need to have the watch upright and I feel like the watch will slip off the charging cable if it is tilted although I have not experienced that. The other huge downfall is the battery life. I DO have to charge this watch to get close to 2 days worth of usage without it dying on me. That is without notifications and bluetooth is off. That being said, I am not sure how this will affect heavy usage like a long hike or a trail run.
If you like the UI and the fluidity of how the watch looks, everyday wear and gym time, I think that this is a great watch. But if you are more like me where I typically go out camping and long hikes battery would be a big issue for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing Galaxy watches since the gear S3. I've always loved the features and how smooth the watches run. The watch 7 has new features like AI and different types of health measurements. I use my phone daily to track my steps. I've always loved the Samsung health app features when I go on a run. I track my VO2 max which is beneficial for me to know how well my heart is. This watch is awesome and I highly recommend anyone looking for a smartwatch.

The watch features a much simpler interface and better battery. Excited to try the other Galaxy AI features that this watch has.

Love the incorporation of Galaxy AI to improve sleep recording & fitness tracking. Fantastic deal with the trade in. Definitely satisfied.

Battery life is better...

Still wish the battery lasted more than one day, for me, it's a pain to find a good time to charge it so that it doesn't interrupt my workouts, sleep, or step counts. I like the interface, it's easy to navigate and customize, I really liked that I can transfer my old watch face and settings to the new watch, that's pretty sick. I'm also impressed with some of the updated sleep features, sleep apnea too name one. Although I don't have sleep apnea, I'm sure someone will find this feature useful. So far, I like my watch and anticipate learning more about it in the following weeks as I use it more.
