A Nice Security System

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice high quality security system. I wouldn't expect anything less from Night Owl. I found this system very easy to hook up and get going without any issues. The system comes with everything needed except a monitor and router. I hooked it up to our living room television and had it up and running in no time at all. All the cameras use batteries, which are included and are rechargeable. The cameras are triggered when anything passes in its view. The spotlight comes on and it begins recording video. I love this system does not have a monthly subscription so that is definitely awesome. It says it is compatible with camera doorbells and can have more cameras added. This is a perfect security system for anyone just getting their first one or those that are looking for a new one with high quality at a great value. I would definitely recommend this Night Owl product to anyone.

Tried numerous times to get the replacement camera online with no success. The trouble shooting information was not any help. The setup and paring of the camera keeps taking me in circles. I'm lost in the loop without any signal.

The name of this product should contain the word wired! I thought this was a wireless, battery operated door bell camera. I will be returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of the device was pretty simple and easy to do. it doesn't always want to connect with the router which is bother some. And the notifications are rather slow. not sure if its the device or the router, it's better than nothing but probably not the best it would be,

The camera construction is seems cheaper & more fragile than my old cameras that I purchased from another company. One of the cameras drained the batteries from 100% down to 52% in less than 3 hours (BEFORE I mounted the camera). The mobile app won't let me add the cameras. The NVR won't let me adjust the recording settings.
