Not worth the money total waste

Falls off the phone all the time followed instructions to the t. I even waited 2 hours to use my phone just to hopefully help the adhesive stick, well that didn't work. 100% waist of money do not buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The case looks nice, but the double side tape that holds the case to the phone wears out. It starts to lift. Also on the small screen the left side of the case just lays on the screen no tape to hold it in place. When reaching for it in my shirt pocket my finger tends to snag on it and now the top left of the case does not fall back in place. Dust seems to get in through the rear side glass. The case is not as good as it looks.

Worst product ever.

Honestly don't even waste your money. My phone fell probably like a 2 ft fall and the backside broke plus the inside screen. Probably one of the worst products ever made by otterbox, only thing holding the sides is a small amount of double sided tape.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst purchase ever

I did all the steps to clean the phone before applying the case. It does not stay on straps of tape are so thin it don't hold. I would not order this one. Also hard to push side buttons. Have had one month and hate it...waste of money. Bought it direct otterbox.com and have always bought an otterbox cover. This one was disappointing

Do Not Buy This Case

The engineering of this product is terrible. Normally I prefer Otterbox to all other cases, but I cannot recommend this product. It comes in 2 pieces rather than a single piece. The only way it stays attached is by an adhesive that is pre-applied to the inner edges. The problem is that the case slips slightly and the adhesive sticks to the SIM card tray, pulling the tray out enough to disengage the sim card. I get 3-4 notices per hour that my sim card tray is not seated. At the very least, the adhesive should not touch the sim tray. Additionally, because of the adhesive, you can not remove the case more than once or twice until the adhesive is useless. VERY BAD DESIGN.
