I purchased the screen protector for my new S24 plus and it did not go as planned. I followed the instructions to the letter and the screen protector went on skewed to one side. Also there were lots of bubbles. As I was trying to adjust it on the screen my fingerprints were left on the adhesive. Rendering the protector useless. I called their CS dept and they were extremely helpful. The sent me out a new screen protector immediately. The second protector went on with no trouble at all. No bubbles and perfectly centered. Its been on the phone for 3 weeks and still looks perfect. I would recommend this product. Just be advised NOT to take off the backing of the protector until you're sure that it is perfectly centered.
Followed directions but the screen seemed to be used and really did not adhere well to my S24 + Since I was going on travel, I did not have the ability to try for a replacement.

It's protecting my phone but there is some areas not staying down on the phone bubbles in the protection screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good with the protection. We thought we'd messed up applying it as there were two or three imperfections that would not go away immediately. Over the next several days, they all disappeared so I assume they were air trapped underneath
works as expected since I had to cut costs off of the old OtterBox and took away the hard case that had a clear plastic Shield that covers your screen on your phone.Then you put your phone in and then it whet into another rubber rugged case like the ones they have today .
