Would be perfect computer but the battery life last just over an hour with use no matter the setting

Laptop has all the bells and whistles to make it run fast and smoothly but the battery last just over an hour so not very portable. I like this laptop for everything but the battery life. It is fast and works great. I am returning my purchase because the reason for getting a laptop is to have something portable and on every setting the battery just doesn't last long.

Disappointing.

Installed a smart card reader only to find out HP disables the feature in BIOS on certain models. No way to enable it, making the reader useless. Misleading and disappointing." Also, doing clean install of windows and installing drivers from AMD often makes it brick, and only option to fix white screen is to doing clean install again.
