I received the HP Probook via my employer. For the first couple of days, it worked great. I love the touch screen aspect, size, and overall modern aesthetic and functionality compared to my previous laptop. However, after a couple of days I started noticing that the screen flicks to black intermittently for a split second. Our IT specialist has helped with various remote troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work. As time has gone one, the flick to black sometimes lasts up to 3-5 seconds. Recently, it even shut down after flicking to black. If this is a known issue, please advise on how to fix it.
