I got nothing

Ordered mine in May. All I got back was a tracking number in August. Shipment hasn’t moved in the last 5 days with the USPS. Clicks wants me to wait even longer for tracking to update because of delays. This package is lost! Please refund my money. I really wanted this product.

I love CLICKS KEYBOARD!!

I’ve been a blackberry owner in the past. Ever since phone companies ditched physical keyboards I’ve always thought I really wish there was a way I could have a one on my phone again.
I love the tactile feedback of a physical keyboard. There’s a reason laptop companies have never took the same route and went fully touchscreen!
I found myself googling “keyboard for iPhone” around a year ago. Then I saw the clicks keyboard. I had mixed emotions because I was happy a company had the same opinion as I did but was sad because it wasn’t out yet for me to try! (I am impatient I know lol!)
Now that I have my clicks case it has changed the way I use my phone. As a full time videographer, I'm always using my phone to post content or respond to client inquires. This keyboard has increased my productivity!! I plan on buying a clicks case for all of my future phones!! The “clickyness” of the keys are perfect, the feel of the case is premium. I can tell a lot of thought went into creating this case. I am very pleased with my purchase.
A few things I would love to see on version 2 of the clicks case is possibly
- larger buttons
- dedicated number row
- (please don't get rid of the yellow color I love it!)

I am a diehard Blackberry user, also very often need to enter text in different languages (latin and cyrillic script). After having learned about Clicks I immediately placed an order as soon as my iPhone was supported.
Now, as I have my keyboard, here's my impressions so far.
The good:
The keyboard feels good. It will eventually allow me to type without having to look at the screen all the time. Build quality is excellent. Language switch works (but: see below). So glad that at last there is now a phyiscal keyboard for my iPhone.
Improvements I'd appreciate:
Better support for cyrillic script. Clicks will use IOS' builtin phyiscal keyboard layouts, and since cyrillic script comes with more letters than latin, I simply cannot enter certain characters using the physical keyboard. This means that for now I will have to keep on using the on-screen keyboard. This is a bit disappointing but nothing that can't be fixed using firmware/app upgrades in the future.
Size factor with my Pro Max. My phone has become huge. I don't yet know how I am going to deal with it. Not sure whether this would be realistic, but I'd actually be able to live with a thicker phone instead, maybe a slider construction could be something to think about for the future?
Conclusion:
I see Clicks as an ongoing project. There's still lots of improvements coming in. I am giving *** for now, because there *is* room for improvement. Whether it becomes ***** one day will depend on the ongoing development.
I can't wait to see the next iterations. I think this is a real exciting product.

Love my Clicks!!

I love the ability to use a physical keyboard again. Easy to attach and detach as needed. The shortcuts are great. Love the backlight customization. Overall meets all my needs and gives me a break from purely digital world. Five stars.
