Considering returning it

The keyboard keeps losing connection with my phone. I have to remove & and re-insert my phone into the case to restore the connection and activate the backlight function. Not wild about the un-balanced top-heavy feel when in use. Too bad, otherwise, it’s a decent product

Overall it’s awesome to have buttons again. It does make the device very long & top heavy… even with the lighter & smaller 15Pro. After learning how to balance it properly while typing, it’s worth the purchase. It’s definitely a TALL device this way though.

Solid little nostalgic device!

Overall, the keyboard is great, although a little mushy feeling at times (reminiscent of an earlier QWERTY keyboard slider phone) and it can be a little hard to press the right key at times but it’s a great device for those seeking that nostalgic feeling, upping their productivity, or jsut regaining some screen space! (Seriously, the screen realestate I gained? Love it!!)

completely dissapointed on limitation of charge only for the usb c port and after almost a month of usage my clicks T key started to not working by single clicking I need to push it twice or strong, can you assist with warranty? so disappointed..

Love it! I absolutely enjoy the clicking feel of the keyboard, its functions, and the design. However, I have two minor issues: it occasionally disconnects, so I have to remove the phone from the case and put it back in, and the left side near the volume buttons feels a bit mushy, creating a slight gap between the case and the phone.

Great, after a few days of getting acquainted

At first the rather tall combination with my iPhone 15 Pro Max feels a bit awkward, but at 1,95m myself I can't dismiss it for that reason 😉
It does take a day or 2-3 of training to feel fully comfortable with, but after that it sure does fill the gap of the disappearing PDA devices with physical keyboards. Just need to swap my dashboard holder for one that allows the taller size, but then I am fully satisfied. Well done, thanks for this long awaited product!

It is fantastic. There is a learning curve, but the daily emails with tips and tricks for the first week were super helpful. At least three people I know have ordered after seeing mine. If you abhor typing on a screen and miss the days you could fly on your ‘Berry, this is for you. Thank you, Clicks!

Connectivity Issues

Avoid at all costs. Out of the box, I immediately had connectivity issues multiple times a day. I’d go to type and the keyboard would be unresponsive until I took it out of the case and reattached. Support was completely useless. Told me to “connect a different lightning cable”. I was so excited about this product and it has been a major disappointment.
