Poor buttons

The buttons are far away from each others. Reminds me of the very first blackberry. Buttons need to be adjacent to each other which would win you more buttons to add especially for Arabic and Hebrew. They need to be made of plastic like a normal keyboard and not far from each other. They need to be made out of plastic not rubber.

Uncomfortable usage

Already no use it . Just use 1 day feel the button is so small it’s not convenient for my finger to type. And my pro max always I type can single hand type but use this physical keyboard it’s unable for me to use single hand typing especially when driving have to reply customer message it’s totally can’t use at all. When put inside pocket also no comfortable too long . In the end I open it after 1 day use. And just keep it since can’t use. Put online to sell also nobody want it

I love the idea but maybe not for me.

I was so excited to revieve this and i still love this idea but the buttons are a bit too small for me, especially if i have longer nails on its almost impossible to type. Could be something to get used to as well but for the price i wanted to be IN LOVE and i wasnt. If it ever gets created with larger buttons, even if just by a little, i would buy and try it again.

I love this case!

This case is great. I am still working on customizing shortcuts, but I love using them. My workflow is faster with the keyboard and my typing is a bit slower but more accurate. There are occasional glitches in accuracy, but I am hoping future firmware updates will fix those. I think I have helped Clicks sales, because I have shared the website with about a dozen people who have seen my Clicks case.

Nostalgia is not always what it used to be

Like others, I bought this as I have fond memories of using a BlackBerry back in the day, and was frustrated when I had to move to a virtual keyboard around 10 years ago. My memory played tricks on me, however, and the evolution of virtual displays obviously went unnoticed. This Clicks keyboard therefore provides a much slower experience, and is also too heavy and is a strain over long periods. I immediately sold mine at a loss.

Not for Me

Purchasing experience was great and device arrived quickly. I was impressed by packaging and overall quality. Instructions were helpful and it only took seconds to put together and start using.
But I quickly found out that Clicks was not for me:
1. It greatly increases the size of the phone. When wearing gym shorts, my iPhone 14 Pro Max phone already sticks out of my pocket a bit- but with Clicks, it was hilariously large to fit into normal pockets.
2. I didn't realize how much I appreciate all the assists from iOS until Clicks forced me to do it all manually again. I assumed it would be similar, but only certain shortcuts work.
3. Typing emojis becomes a completely different experience, and more difficult.
4. the keys are TINY!! Without autocorrect, I made a lot more errors- even after practicing with it.
5. Probably the most aggravating part- the weight balance. Clicks completely upsets the balance of the phone and makes it far easier to drop. It just WANTS to jump out of your hands. Even with the suggested position, the top just weighs more and wants to flop forward.

It was a good try. And it's a great, well-made product. But it's just not for me.
