It’s ok…

I had been wanting one for a long time & once mine came, I tried to return it 2 days later. They will charge you to return it. It’s a cool concept but makes your phone very long & there is a random yellow box that pops up when you’re supposed to be typing & half the time it doesn’t type. Save your money, I wish I would have.

Unusably Uncomfortable

I really don't fit this keyboard, the ergonomics are terrible for me.
Basically my thumbs are max down and max out. They need to put more space on the outside of the keys, that way my thumbs aren't constantly strained.
Also, the phone is very very top-heavy, so that constrains my hand position. Big hands beware lol.

High quality product, interesting concept but not without issues

I will only comment on the product and not the ordering experience which turned out to be quite bad.
Clicks is a high quality product that delivers a fully functional keyboard to the iPhone. A software application is also available for various tweaks and settings as well as firmware updates. I have been using Clicks for about a week, getting used to it is easy, certainly easier for me as a former BlackBerry user! However, the experience is not quite the same. Perhaps the reason is that I am trying to balance my huge and heavy iPhone 14 Pro Max while typing on Clicks and this is not an easy task, no matter how you hold Clicks. I expect that the typing experience is better on a smaller iPhone. I have also discovered a few glitches, such as Clicks not responding at all within an app, having to close the app and restart it. I am also using Clicks mode, having configured many keyboard shortcuts for opening apps as well as for navigating around my phone. These work most of the time but occasionally they don’t. Clicks does help improve your typing accuracy but does not really improve your typing speed. I still have and use my BlackBerry Key2 and typing on the Key2 is considerably faster. This is probably due to the uneven weight distribution (especially with an iPhone Pro Max) but also probably due to the stiffness of the Clicks keys, compared to that of both Key1 and Key2. To summarise: don’t expect a BlackBerry experience, be prepared for glitches and bugs and … for some aching fingers if using an iPhone Pro Max!

Great concept, but it is quite bottom heavy once installed and should have a balancing weight at the top.
Software functionality could be improved as well - e.g. the space bar when held down should convert to a floating cursor like on the iPhone which is a major feature that I miss!

I have been very pleased with the keyboard.
Takes a bit of getting used to - but is worth the brain effort.
Lots of comments from colleagues and friends, 95% positive.

A chronic Blackberry user. Have owned and loved all Bolds during the BB era, followed by a quick stint with a Nokia Qwerty phone. I am 6 feet tall surgeon and have reasonably appropriate sized hands for someone my built.
The reason I purchased a clicks keyboard was for the nostalgia and to help me text when I am gloved which is most times in the OR, prepping prior to surgery. In fact, I was so obsessed with this notion, I sold my samsung s24 ultra and purchased an iphone 15 pro, just because clicks don't make products for androids yet.
Here is my honest feedback:
1. Looks - 10/10 - Its a head turner no doubt. I added a blackberry wallpaper to my device and now everyone who glances asks me if BB have returned. There have been times I've said yes.
2. Built quality - 9/10 - I wish they had added the top line of the keyboard with the call, menu and navigation buttons as well. This would make the phone world class.
3. Key press 10/10 - Clicky and nice. Just like the blackberrys. Accidental sends have happened a few times, but I guess its more of a learning curve or regaining the muscle memory
4. Weight balance 6/10 - Still feel phone is heavier than the keyboard, but I guess this could be a lot worse if they had not already paid attention to this.
5. Connectivity 6/10 - Charges well. Holds battery well. Only issue is that the USBC still does not connect to wired apple car play.
6. Do I see using this forever - Not a chance. Texting with a touch screen with predictive text has certainly become a lot quicker. When the Nostalgia thirst quenches, you may find yourself returning to your normal phone.
7. Was is worth it given the price tag? Well, if you have money to spare in todays day and age, go for it. If not, (and I am very sad to say this), we need to move on as buttons have become history.

My overall experience with Clicks has been super good. As a person who works with people with disability, I love the sensory I get in typing and also the sound of it. IT IS SOOOO ADDICTIVE AND SATISFYING. I bought 2 of these, one for me and for my girlfriend. My sister is getting one too! Thank you clicks for the tech! ❤️

The worst part about this.. is if you’re on a call.. people can hear you type!!!!
How embarrassing.
Also the keyboard does not work in tik tok lives, nor will the iPhone keyboard pop up on with the case on in tik tok lives.
