Works well, but previous versions had more utility..

The reversion to a battery operated mouse is a step backwards from a fully rechargeable battery...

I returned it beause it's not capatible with Logi Bolt. Their most advanced (and expensive) mouse doesn't work with their latest/best interface. Huh.

Great trackball only bolt option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s the only bolt enabled trackball. Not sure why it’s the only trackball with bolt but it works fine. The only thing that would make it better is if it had the switch button like some of the other trackballs but they don’t support bolt. It’s a strange limitation.

This is the perfect replacement for my 15+ year old Trackman Wheel. The ergonomics are great, and even slightly improved over the old model. I wish it could easily switch between my laptop and desktop, like my K860 keyboard.

Great with one caveat

Switched from M575 to the "for Business" version for the Bolt compatibility and noticed one difference: you can pair M575 to both the USB dongle and a Bluetooth device and switch with one click of the button; the "for Business" version, on the other hand, can only be paired to one device at a time and cannot switch the device without re-pairing, which is somewhat annoying.
Otherwise the same good experience as M575.

its a trackball, but the texture of the body is unpleasant on my hand, unable to use it. but.. found a competitor that sales simular, so will see

Love it but no receiver?

Have 2 ERGO M575, one for office and one for home. Love them both. But, they were suppose to have the USB receiver with them. Double check the box to make sure, and it stated it was suppose to be with it. They were not. Gave a 4 star due to the receiver not being supplied, since they were suppose to be. Have bluetooth so they work. Just need better quality control on packaging content.
