I can give up a lot of things to have a flat fan that points slightly down. The noise that came out of this thing after a week of use, no. Tried to crack it open to see what was rattling, couldn’t do it. And because I tried to open it to fix their mistake I bet any money there is no returning it. Waste of money! Don’t buy!

For the first week the fan was great. I use in an office so quiet operation is very important. After the first week the fan developed a rattle that has steadly gotten worse. It's like a bearing is failing. I'm probably going to have to send it back and get something else.

Beware - Noisy/cheap internal fan motor.

I bought this fan having high expectations based on the design, made in USA claim, and because I had heard of the Vornado brand. The fan puts out a lot of air despite having only 3 speed settings. But the motor is a cheap AC motor instead of the newer brushless DC motors found in other tower fans. The buzzing and rattle at lower speeds is unbearable and makes it difficult to use at night when trying to sleep. The design is great… but the execution leaves much to be desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Multifunctional fan! Great for all room types

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fan! It’s built to lay horizontally on a console or a tower fan at your bed side. It’s quiet with a strong airflow that cools the whole room. I love the remote is magnetic so we don’t lose it! High recommend.

Air flow for all!

It gets warm in there in the spring and summer and so we need some additional airflow. This fan is awesome! We chose to set up vertically, but nice that you can switch also. It’s quiet, but powerful and love that it is remote controlled. Highly recommend!

It was so easy to put together. Literally took two second to put together. Good to use when it’s not too hot outside and don’t want to put on central air. Saves on money when you use it so the ac doesn’t kick on too much.
