Great simple design

Solid, Reliable Garage Fridge — Exactly What I Needed

Cools fast, runs quiet, and holds temps steady even in the summer heat. Plenty of space inside, and the layout makes it easy to organize drinks, snacks, and extra groceries.
Looks sharp too — the stainless finish gives it a clean, polished feel. For a second fridge in the garage, it’s exactly what I needed.

Beautiful Fridge

The matted stainless steel fits perfectly in my kitchen. Love the water filter inside the fridge and the icemaker. Roomy enough for my family.

No more peace and quiet

I bought the GRFN2023AF because I needed a French door fridge with ice and water that fit a narrow space. Didn’t think it would be complicated. But the freezer layout is terrible—most of the space is taken up by the ice bucket, and the compartments make it hard to store anything large.
Worst of all, it’s insanely loud. The compressor runs almost nonstop and you can hear it from nearly every room in my house. It’s way louder than the 15-year-old fridge it replaced, which was nearly silent. When I asked the appliance store about it, they just said the noise was “normal.” If this is normal, it shouldn’t be.
Maybe it’s fine in a big house, but in a smaller home like mine, it’s intrusive and annoying. I regret buying it.
